Slop Awwwards is operated by NAYPACHE STUDIO.

Slop Awwwards is an independent editorial and entertainment project featuring website commentary and community ratings. It is not affiliated with Awwwards or with featured websites unless expressly stated. Labels, rankings and “Slop” scores express editorial or community opinion; they are not professional assessments or verified findings about how a website was made.

These terms describe the conditions for using the service. Questions can be sent to slopawwwards@gmail.com.

Use the site fairly

Do not manipulate results with automated votes, repeated identities or coordinated abuse; bypass security controls; interfere with the service; or submit malware, unlawful material, harassment, private information or knowingly false allegations. Critique the work, not private individuals.

We may restrict abusive activity, reject votes or remove content to protect the site and other people. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

Voting and awards

You may rate each eligible daily nominee once, from 0 to 10. You can vote for every nominee in that day’s ballot. Browser-based duplicate checks and network-aware rate limits help protect this rule.

Daily results use total accepted Slop Points. Ties are resolved by accepted average score, accepted vote count, then curated ballot position. Flagged or rejected votes do not contribute to results. A ballot with no accepted positive points does not produce an automatic winner. Slop Swipe reactions are separate and do not affect daily awards.

We may correct results to address abuse or errors. A ranking does not promise a payment, prize, endorsement or commercial benefit.

Submitting a website

The form asks for a public website link and a short reason. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Sending a link does not guarantee a nomination, a particular publication date or an award.

Only send text you are entitled to share. You retain rights in your original submission text and give Slop Awwwards a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, review, edit and publish that text as needed to operate the site and its editorial archive. This permission does not transfer ownership.

You do not need to own a website to suggest its public URL. Submitting a link does not give us ownership of, or a licence to, third-party website content. Screenshots and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable law.

Content and external websites

Our original branding, design and editorial work remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Featured names, logos and website images belong to their respective rights holders. Nothing here limits lawful quotation, criticism or other statutory rights.

External links are provided for reference. We do not control those sites, their security, availability or content. Listings and screenshots can become outdated.

Corrections and removal requests

For a factual correction, privacy concern or rights complaint, email slopawwwards@gmail.com. Include the page URL, the specific concern, your relationship to the material and enough information for us to assess it. We may request clarification and will review the issue, correcting or removing material where appropriate.

Availability and responsibility

The service is offered free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We aim to keep it working and its information accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights. These terms do not require you to waive those rights or submit to compulsory arbitration.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how participation and security information is processed. We may update these terms as features change; the date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate and will not retroactively change the permissions you previously granted.
